Our Story

Built on a dream to create, fuelled by a desire to serve, and running on passion (and of course lots of caffeine), Butler Koffee was founded by Alicia Yap who began her barista journey working in coffee shops back in the UK as a hospitality student. It was during this sojourn that she discovered her love for specialty coffee, and developed a passion for service excellence through her career as a butler with Mövenpick Heritage Hotel Singapore.

Hence, she decided to combine her passions and actualize her dreams. With that, our specialty coffee mobile cart was born!

We believe coffee and friends make the perfect blend, and we aim to bring the specialty coffee experience right to your doorstep, making your event memorable for you and your loved ones. Just like a hotel butler service, having a cuppa Butler Koffee is akin to having an intimate coffee moment with us. Be it for corporate or private events, we want to make you feel at home with our warm service and bespoke blends, customised to suit your every need.

Our Brewing Principles

Coffee is our love language and we pour out our hearts into every cup we serve. We work with local roasters to carefully curate a blend of 100% Arabica coffee beans, while our team of expert baristas utilize state of the art coffee equipment so that each cuppa is always passionately brewed.
